Hi, I'm Susan...
Early in my career, I had the chance to help new hires settle in and succeed. I discovered how rewarding it is to design learning experiences that help people feel confident, capable, and ready to grow.

Since then, I’ve led learning initiatives at Apple and Indeed, supported individuals through change, and helped leaders and teams build on their strengths. Along the way, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for what it takes to create learning that truly sticks—human-centered, practical, and grounded in real needs.

That same passion for growth and transformation led me to start DriftPath Consulting. My approach is strengths-based, compassionate, and action-oriented. Learning should spark confidence and forward motion, not add to the overwhelm.
